Patricia M. Kelly received her B.A. degree in History from the College of William and Mary in 1975, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the DePaul University College of Law in 1980. Ms. Kelly is admitted to the Illinois State Bar as well as the United States District Court for the Northern Illinois District of Illinois, where she is a member of the Trial Bar. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Ms. Kelly has handled a wide variety of insurance policy coverage disputes including comprehensive general liability, environmental, errors and omissions, excess and reinsurance matters. She has also gained an in-depth knowledge of the defense of construction personal injury and property damage cases from her prior insurance defense work. She has been involved in commercial and appellate matters. Ms. Kelly's current practice areas include personal injury, product liability, toxic tort and insurance coverage litigation. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
