Richard L. McLennan

Richard L. McLennan received a B.A. cum laude in Political Science from Wabash College in 1980, with a minor in History. He was named the recipient of Theodore C. Gronert Award for excellence in American History and Government. He received a Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1983. He was Chosen for the Order of the Coif and won prizes in Criminal Law and Real Estate Transactions Moot Court competitions.

Mr. McLennan served as a staff attorney for the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District, where he received valuable litigation experience. He has experience in the representation of clients in mass toxic tort litigation involving dioxin and asbestos. Additionally, he has wide experience in general civil representation involving such matters as corporate and business law, contracts, and taxation. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. McLennan currently concentrates in defending clients sued in asbestos litigation.
