CARL P. McNULTY received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 1989 graduating with honors.  He was awarded the American Jurisprudence Book Award for Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights and has successfully completed the Trial Skills program of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.  He is admitted to the bar associations for the states of Illinois, Missouri and Florida.

Mr. McNulty spent the first years of his practice in Florida concentrating in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation.  Mr. McNulty has also worked with several law firms in the St. Louis, Missouri area including Madison County, Illinois.  His practice has expanded to include various aspects of civil and commercial litigation, including creditor rights, workers compensation, premises liability, insurance defense, railroad litigation and toxic torts including asbestos litigation.  Mr. McNulty has been involved in all facets of civil litigation including depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, pre-trials, trials and appeals.

As an attorney with Gunty & McCarthy, Mr. McNulty concentrates his practice in asbestos defense litigation and general insurance defense litigation in the firm's Edwardsville, Illinois office.

In 1997, he received a Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Florida concentrating in the theatre arts.   He maintains an interest in the theatre and remains a member of the Actors' Equity Association.
