Timothy D. Melford received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2000, and his Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in 2004. Mr. Melford is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Since his admission to the bar in 2004, Mr. Melford has worked in both the public and private sector handling issues relating to workers' compensation and insurance defense.

As an attorney with Gunty & McCarthy, Mr. Melford defends clients in asbestos cases throughout the State of Illinois.
