CATHERINE L. CARLSON received a B.A. in Philosophy, Law & Rhetoric and International Studies with a minor in Spanish from Stephens College in 2000. Ms. Carlson received her J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 2003.
She was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2003 and the Indiana bar in 2004. Additionally, Ms. Carlson is licensed in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, the Northern District of Indiana and the Southern District of Indiana. She participates in both the Illinois State Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.
Ms. Carlson has been involved in negligence litigation, including asbestos, mold, “sick building” and other toxic tort cases which she has handled successfully for our clients. She has also been involved in federal litigation involving highway accident cases and works on varied railroad cases, including a decision from the Appellate Court of the 4th District resulting in a published opinion in favor of our client.
Ms. Carlson has been a member of the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations and has been involved in that organization.
